We represent and advise our clients in insolvency proceedings on filling of insolvency petitions, registration of claims, including representation at the creditors ´meetings, and creditors´ committee as well as representation at incidental claims proceedings.

We also provide legal services in connection with reorganization in bankruptcy proceedings or restructuring of companies and their commitments beside bankruptcy proceedings.
